Caring for a loved one at home can be physically and emotionally demanding. At Eleap Healthcare, we understand that carers themselves will often need additional support in their role of looking after a loved one.
Domiciliary care can be provided to anyone at any stage of life, including post hospital stay, at the onset of mental health condition, or once sensory impairment or physical disabilities have developed. Further, our domiciliary care service is tailored to your needs and schedule. It can range from a visit once a day for an hour to full live-in home care wherein a carer is with you day and night.
